About Erick
Born and raised in Miami, I bring a deep understanding of South Florida, a luxury hospitality mindset, and nearly five years of experience in condominium property management to my real estate career with RE/MAX Experience in Wilton Manors.
I am a licensed Florida real estate sales associate and Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). My professional background has always centered around two industries I genuinely enjoy: real estate and luxury hospitality. I began my property management career with a nationally recognized property management company and worked my way up through several management roles, ultimately becoming a Property Manager. During that time, I managed high-value luxury condominium communities in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton, including properties located on the Boca Raton Golf Club.
I also have a background in luxury hospitality, working at Forbes Five-Star properties in South Florida, including Mandarin Oriental, Miami on Brickell Key and Acqualina Resort & Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. Those experiences shaped my approach to service, professionalism, attention to detail, and an understanding of what clients expect from a high-level experience.
Today, I specialize in residential properties and luxury living throughout South Florida, working with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters. I bring practical property knowledge, local insight, and a personal, hands-on approach to every client and transaction, with a focus on proactive communication and making the process as seamless as possible.
